My stay at City Express had some ups and downs. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The lobby area felt welcoming, and I appreciated the comfortable lounge space for relaxation. However, the room was cramped and poorly lit, making it feel claustrophobic. Breakfast didn't meet expectations, lacking flavor and variety. Some staff interactions were polite, but a few were unhelpful. Overall, it felt like the hotel needs to enhance the service quality and improve the dining experience.

A decent stay with room for improvement
My single room was cozy, and I appreciated the nearby vending machines for snacks. After a day of walking, I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area.
However, the breakfast left much to be desired. I also experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable at times, making it hard to get work done.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Reforma. However, the staff struggled with English communication, making things frustrating.

Solo traveler beware
The location was just a 5-minute walk from the main avenues, which was pretty sweet. The lobby had a nice lounge area where I could sit and unwind after a long day.
It wasn't cheap though still acceptable.

I appreciate the convenient location, as it's close to major avenues and accessible public transport. The room was comfortable and provided the essentials for our stay. The hotel also offers a pleasant atmosphere, making it easy for us to relax after a day of exploring.
However, the hotel had issues coordinating our two separate reservations, causing unnecessary stress during check-in.

The single room was cozy, and I loved that I could enjoy a warm snack from the vending machines just a few steps away. There’s also a nice lounge area where I unwound after a long day of exploring, and the complimentary breakfast was decent. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊

Not Worth It
The rooms were super cramped and felt really dark, like they were missing windows. Breakfast was a total bust – not tasty at all. Some staff were nice, but others were kinda rude. It’s in a decent spot, but you can do better in the area. Wouldn't recommend this place. Oh, and the wifi barely worked too.
